You must be at least 21 years of age to register and use xp768. The platform enforces strict age verification and reserves the right to close any account found to belong to a person under 21, with all balances forfeited in line with international licensing requirements.
Each player is permitted a single xp768 account. Creating duplicate accounts to claim multiple bonuses or circumvent restrictions is a material breach of these Terms and will result in permanent account suspension and forfeiture of funds.

2.2 These Terms & Conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and xp768 with respect to your use of the platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings.
2.3 If you are accepting these terms on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these terms. xp768 does not accept corporate accounts for player wagering purposes — all accounts must be registered by and in the name of the individual player.
3.1 To register and maintain an xp768 account, you must at all times satisfy each of the following eligibility requirements:
3.2 xp768 reserves the right to verify your eligibility at any time. Providing false information during registration or at any subsequent point constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension.
Age Verification: xp768 may request government-issued identity documents at any time to confirm your age. Accounts where age verification cannot be completed will be suspended and no withdrawals will be processed until verification is satisfactorily completed.
4.1 Each player is permitted to hold one (1) xp768 account only. Registering or operating more than one account — whether under the same or different identity details — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
4.2 When registering your xp768 account, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. This includes your legal full name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid email address. You are responsible for keeping this information up to date.
4.3 xp768 conducts KYC verification in accordance with its international gaming license obligations. You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents:
4.4 xp768 reserves the right to suspend withdrawals and restrict gameplay on any account pending satisfactory completion of KYC verification. Failure to complete KYC within a reasonable period notified to you may result in account closure.
4.5 Your xp768 account credentials are personal to you. You must not share your username, password, or any two-factor authentication codes with any third party. xp768 accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorised account access where you have disclosed or failed to adequately protect your login credentials.
xp768 accepts deposits via the following approved payment methods for Pakistani players: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, SadaPay, USDT TRC20, and cash deposit. The minimum deposit amount is PKR 300 unless otherwise stated for a specific payment method or promotion.
All deposit payment methods must be registered in your own name. xp768 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. Deposits received from a third-party source will be returned and the account suspended pending investigation.
Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:
All player balances on xp768 are held and displayed in PKR. No currency conversion fees are applied to PKR deposits or withdrawals. For USDT TRC20 transactions, the prevailing market exchange rate at the time of the transaction will be applied.
Anti-Money Laundering: xp768 is obligated under its international gaming license to report suspicious financial activity. All transactions on the platform are monitored. Structuring deposits to avoid reporting thresholds or using xp768 for any money laundering purpose is strictly prohibited and will be reported to relevant authorities.
6.1 xp768 offers bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms stated at the point of offer, including wagering requirements, time limits, game restrictions, and maximum withdrawal caps on bonus winnings.
6.2 General bonus conditions applicable to all xp768 promotions unless stated otherwise:
6.3 Creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus more than once is strictly prohibited and will result in permanent exclusion from the xp768 platform and forfeiture of all associated funds.
7.1 All bets and wagers placed on xp768 are final once confirmed. xp768 does not accept cancellation requests for confirmed bets except in circumstances where xp768 determines at its sole discretion that a manifest error has occurred.
7.2 xp768 reserves the right to void any bet placed:
7.3 Cricket betting markets on xp768 — including PSL, international T20, ODI, and Test matches — are subject to the specific rules of each market as published on the platform at the time of betting. In the event of any inconsistency between market-specific rules and these general Terms, the market-specific rules shall prevail for that bet.
7.4 All casino games, slots, live dealer games, Fortune Snake, and Fishing game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. xp768 game outcomes are independently audited for fairness. Past outcomes have no influence on future results.
8.1 The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the xp768 platform and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:
8.2 Where xp768 detects or reasonably suspects prohibited conduct, it reserves the right to suspend or permanently close the account, void all bets placed during the relevant period, withhold or forfeit funds held in the account, and report the matter to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities.
9.1 xp768 is committed to promoting responsible gaming across its platform. Gambling should be an enjoyable leisure activity and must never be pursued as a source of income or a means of recovering financial losses.

9.4 xp768 will not send promotional communications to players who have self-excluded or set a cooling-off period for the duration of that period.

If we have reason to believe a player is under 21, the account will be suspended immediately pending verification, and all funds deposited by an underage player will be returned without payment of any winnings.
10.1 All content on the xp768 platform — including but not limited to software, game code, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, and database structure — is owned by or licensed to xp768 and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
10.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the xp768 platform solely for your personal, non-commercial gaming purposes in accordance with these Terms.
10.3 You must not copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit, distribute, scrape, reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise exploit any part of the xp768 platform without express prior written consent from xp768.
10.4 The xp768 name, logo, and all associated marks are trademarks of the xp768 operating entity. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use any xp768 trademark, trade name, or brand without prior written permission.
11.1 The xp768 platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, xp768 expressly disclaims all warranties, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
11.2 xp768 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive, or special damages arising out of or related to your use of the platform, including but not limited to:
11.3 To the extent that liability cannot be excluded, xp768's aggregate liability to you shall not exceed the total value of your xp768 account balance at the time the claim arises.
11.4 Nothing in these Terms limits xp768's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be lawfully excluded or limited.
12.1 You may close your xp768 account at any time by contacting the xp768 support team. Upon closure, any available real-money balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to satisfactory completion of KYC verification and anti-money laundering checks. Bonus funds not meeting wagering requirements will be forfeited on closure.
12.2 xp768 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your account at any time, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons:
12.3 Where an account is closed by xp768 due to a breach of these Terms, xp768 reserves the right to withhold the account balance pending investigation. Where fraud, money laundering, or other criminal activity is confirmed, funds may be forfeited and the matter reported to relevant authorities.
13.1 If you have a complaint or dispute regarding any aspect of the xp768 service, you should first contact the xp768 customer support team at [email protected]. xp768 aims to resolve all player complaints within five (5) business days of receipt.
13.2 If a dispute cannot be resolved through direct communication with xp768 customer support, it may be escalated to the dispute resolution process established under xp768's international gaming license. Details of the applicable dispute resolution body are available on request.
13.3 These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which xp768's international gaming license is issued. You agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction for the resolution of any dispute not resolved through the dispute process described above.
13.4 Nothing in this section prevents xp768 from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction.
14.1 xp768 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, xp768 will provide reasonable notice to registered players via email or platform notification at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect.
14.2 The most current version of the Terms & Conditions is always available at xp768.pro/terms-conditions. The effective date displayed at the top of this document reflects the version currently in force.
14.3 Your continued use of the xp768 platform following notification of amendments constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease using the platform and close your account before the amendments take effect.
